Event Description:
Coleta Sportsmens Club is hosting Haunted Wagon Rides and Trunk or Treat on October 18, 2025. We will be doing Trunk or Treat and kid friendly wagon rides from 4p-6p. We will be doing haunted rides with ticket sales happening 6p-9p. Rides will end after all riders have gone through. This could be 9p or could be later depending on how long our line is. This is our first year so we have no idea what our turnout will be.
We are looking for individuals to help selling snacks inside, face painting inside, help keep line moving on and off the wagon, keep the fire going to keep everyone warm, haunt the woods, and cleanup.
If you would like to help us haunt, please bring your own costumes.

This event is weather dependent. It may get cancelled if we are unable to travel the paths due to snow or mud. Watch our Facebook page for updates or call/text if it is questionable weather.
As mentioned above our event is 4p-9pm(ish). If you are able to help during the Trunk or Treat, please arrive by 3:30p. If you want to help haunt, please arrive by 5p so we can find you a spot to haunt.
UPON ARRIVAL: Please check in with whoever is working in the kitchen area. I will have a list of names in there and they will mark down when you arrived.
You do not have to stay to the very end but if you can, we do appreciate any help we can get.
BEFORE LEAVING: please go back to the kitchen and tell them when you are leaving so they can mark down your time.
Special Notes:
Please remember to dress appropriately for the weather. If you are helping outside you may want layers and hand/toe warmers.
If you are haunting, bring whatever costume & face painted how ever you would like!
