Event Description:
St Paul and Immanuel Lutheran Churches in Dixon are collaborating on a two-day vacation Bible school (VBS) event, with the theme Journey Together. THIS IS JUST FOR DAY 2 OF OUR EVENT. Volunteers will be working alongside adults and children ages PreK 3 though completed 5th grade as they learn about faith and and caring for the world we all share. If you like to work with kids and your faith in God is important to you, then this is the right place for you. You'll accompany children as they travel between multiple learning stations including crafts, music, games and hiking. A snack and lunch (day 2 only) is provided for all at this event. Note, lunch is from 12-12:30pm.
Special Notes:
Much of this event will be held outdoors, weather permitting. And, we'll be making hiking sticks, working with craft materials, and with water. Please wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty or wet.
