Event Description:
We need volunteers to assist our group in hauling and placing 25 yards of fresh mulch on the Library's landscaping. We will be having mulch delivered in bulk. The mulch will be shoveled into wheelbarrows or wagons that will need to be dumped and spread in the landscaping. We will have some members from our group directing and helping you. Plants will be protected before mulching by our members. Our group is aging out and some of these projects are getting difficult for us. The date is subject to change because of the weather. There will also be other adult local volunteers as well to help out.
Special Notes:
Casual work clothes that you can get dirty. Work gloves, closed-toed shoes and/or boots are recommended. We will provide water and some goodies. 4 hours is our approximate time for completion of project. It will depend on the number of volunteers. Date is subject to change because of weather.
