Event Description:
Join Us for a Pickleball Fundraiser!
We need your help to make our Pickleball Fundraiser a smashing success on June 14th, 2025! This event will raise important funds for the Hope Cancer Wellness Center, and we’d love for you to be part of the action.
Volunteer Shifts:
7:30 AM to 10:00 AM
9:30 AM to 12:00 PM
11:30 AM to 2:00 PM
1:30 PM to 3:00 PM
2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Make sure you’re signing up for the time slot that works best for you! If you would like to do multiple shifts, please make sure you register for BOTH slots (see event title for the time slot)
Volunteer Tasks:
-Help with setting up and tearing down the event space
-Keep the area clean by picking up garbage and tidying up
-Managing tables
-Assist with miscellaneous tasks to keep things running smoothly
There will be some delicious food trucks on-site, so make sure to bring your own money if you want to grab a bite during your break! Families are more than welcome to come and join the fun, but remember, please don’t distract the volunteers while they’re working hard.
