Event Description:
The Nature Center will be open to the public for the City of Fulton's annual Dutch Days event. Assist with overseeing outdoor and indoor activities at the event, including possible activities such as helping children launch water bottle rockets, making sun silhouettes, help kids construct and race toy sailboats, handing out free packets of prairie seeds, and roasting marshmallows over a campfire (weather permitting}. Also, help set up and take down equipment at start and end of the day. Assist for the full day or for as little as three hours. If helping out for a full day, bring a sack lunch. Please identify approximate time you plan to help out at the Center, via an email.
Special Notes:
Wear comfortable clothes appropriate for outdoor activities, including a hat, sunscreen and cheerful disposition for interacting with visitors to the Center.
