Event Description:
Every Sunday at Immanuel Lutheran children Pre-k through 5th grade attend Sunday School at 9:00 am. Here is an opportunity to work with children and get experience working in a Sunday School classroom. We start our morning with a large group gathering then we break down into smaller groups based on ages. Service generally ends at 10am and this is when we return to the classroom to clean-up and prep the room for the following week. Having your assistance for 15 minutes after service will be helpful to ensure our room is returned to the condition we found it. We look forward to serving along side you in an amazing opportunity of love, faith and hope.
Special Notes:
We do not have a dress code. But we expect each individual to dress appropriately around the children. Wearing comfy clothes to move around in is also recommended. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
When you arrive at Immanuel you will enter through the main entrance at the front of the church. Take the steps to your left once inside the building and go down to the 2nd floor. Turn left and enter the first room on your left. We will know you are coming and will keep an eye out for you. Also, anyone you encounter should be able to direct you to the Sunday School rooms.
