Event Description:
Explore the infinite possibilities of our universe at this math-centered event “Infinity Day Celebration!” Experience the vastness of space with Skylab, a portable planetarium from Peoria’s Riverfront Museum. Make your own mobius strip or infinity cube at one of our hands-on math and science stations and enjoy some out-of-this-world treats! This free, drop-in event is intended for all ages and abilities. Join us for an afternoon of STEAM at Odell!
VOLUNTEER TASKS: Volunteers will help direct guests, run science and math-related stations alongside staff, and serve snacks. Clear instructions will be given so no need to be a math whiz!
Special Notes:
This is an indoor, air-conditioned event. Wear clean, comfortable clothing that is family-friendly. This is an all-ages event.
