Event Description:
Volunteers will assist with event set-up during the morning hours before the festival begins. These volunteers play a vital role in ensuring the event is prepared and runs smoothly throughout the day.
During set-up, volunteers may be asked to:
Assist with setting up event tents and other festival equipment.
Help direct incoming vendors to their assigned booth locations.
Provide assistance to vendors as they set up their booths, including helping with tents, tables, chairs, and other materials.
Participate in team lifts of heavier items when needed, working alongside other volunteers or vendors.
Distribute event maps and informational materials to guests, park visitors, and vendors.
Provide directions and general event information to attendees, including the locations of the main stage, restrooms, vendor booths, and other festival attractions.
Serve as "water runners" by delivering water to volunteers, board members, vendors, and others as needed throughout the park.
Volunteer Check-In
All volunteers should check in at the designated Taste of Fiesta Red Tents upon arrival.
Special Notes:
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
