Event Description:
Volunteers needed to assist with program preparation, end of program clean up and guiding the 3rd-5th grade students through this STEM activity. Volunteers will need to actively engage with their small group of children. Sign in on the IMPACT volunteer sheet is required when walking in and required when the volunteer time is complete for verification of hours. Join us in building bottle rockets and then launching them outside. Build a launch pad to support your rockets, explore chemical reactions with vinegar and baking soda, and then see how the carbon dioxide gas produced causes pressure to build up and launch the rockets.

Special Notes:
Wear attire that can get dirty.
