Event Description:
We offer a free tie-dye event for our community at the beginning of every summer. We need volunteers to help during the event. Volunteers will be taught how to teach others to tie-dye from 12:30 to 1PM. During the event (1-3PM), volunteers will help people as needed to tie shirts or dye. They will also be in charge of checking the levels of dye in squirt bottles and filling them as needed. And anything else needed to keep the event running. You will have the opportunity to dye your own shirts as well. Please bring 100% cotton shirts to dye. We'll supply the rest.
Please note, these volunteers also can sign up for the SET UP and CLEAN UP.
Special Notes:
We are working with permanent dye that might splatter or spill on your clothing and shoes. Wear items that you don't mind getting stained.
