Event Description:
The Mount Carroll Farmers Market is every Saturday morning from Memorial Day Weekend through Halloween. The market is open to visitors from 8am until noon. Volunteers and vendors begin setting up at 6:45am and tear down from noon until 1pm each week. Volunteer opportunities can be flexible to just open or close, or the full morning. The growth of the market continues, so there is need for volunteers on site and behind the scenes. Long-term student manager is also a possibility in the near future!
Special Notes:
The weather can be very different from set up to tear down, so bringing an extra layer is recommended. We hope to get shirts for all the volunteers to help vendors and visitors know who to go to for assistance. Must wear a smile! We have a positive and happy atmosphere!
