The 12th Annual Taste of Fiesta is returning again to the Sauk Valley area as thee largest Hispanic festival for our community! Do you like creating art? Teaching others how to create unique crafts? Do you like helping others make lasting memories? Then this shift is for you! Volunteers for this shift will be helping us maintain our Crafts booth for the community to engage in. Free crafts offered for our community to help make new memories and for our youth to have a great time and safe environment to create new items that make a lasting impression. Volunteers will be asked to help maintain crafts materials, help distribute crafts to our participants, help with creation of crafts throughout the shift, encourage innovation of youth's ideas, support the enjoyment of participants creating crafts during your shift. Volunteers will also help with tear down of crafts booth as their shift comes to an end: gather craft materials, clean and clear tables, ready the area for tear-down. All materials are provided by the organization to help you make amazing crafts with the community at the day of the festival. *This year a mandatory Orientation will need to be attended before the event in order to volunteer. Orientation dates and times will be TBD before the shift of day of event and will be communicated to all volunteers. Credit will also be given for attending Orientation.
